Our Attleborough Recommendations
Set beside the long, straight roads of Norfolk’s Breckland, Breckland Lodge has quietly welcomed travellers for decades. With its onsite Restaurant, Bar and Coffee Lounge it grew into a familiar stopping place for locals and passers-through alike, known for its hearty food, very popular Carvery and unfussy comfort.
We are a 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre of Attleborough with local shops and cafes, and about 10 miles from the town of Wymondham steeped in heritage with a beautiful Abbey. Peter Beales Roses is just down the road with its enviable gardens and horticulture whilst Snetterton Racetrack brings the buzz of motorsport into Norfolk’s heart.
If you like nature walks, Thetford Forest and High Lodge has ample parking, many forest walks, bike hire, Go Ape and lots for children and adults alike.
Our closest city is Norwich which has many shopping malls and streets lined with retail whilst also boasting a Cathedral, a Norman Castle, beautiful cobbled streets and 900 years worth of heritage.
